I don’t think what Keir Smith did should be classed as illegal because, although he took other peoples work, he made it into his own work. This makes what he did come under the title freedom of expression. If he has just copied it stright then he should be held accountable but he didn’t. It is a good example of a read-write scenario rather than a read only one.

Unfortuanatly, as I love 12 Monkeys, I have to say the chair that Lebbeus Woods drew very much resembles the chair in the interrogation room of 12 monkeys. I can undersatnd why Lebbeus Woods would be very pisse off about that…. but I do love 12 monkeys

The songs My sweet Lord by George  Harrison and He’s so fine by the Chiffons are incredibly similar as fas as melody and Harmony are concerned. They also have a very similar Rhythm. Where they differ is at the lyrics, tempo and instruments.
